Terms and Conditions :

• General

  • Your contract is with GM-BP™ Purchase (M) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “GM-BP™ Company”). These are the general terms and conditions that apply to your contract with GM-BP™ Company and are supplemented by the terms and conditions that may be extended to you by GM-BP™ Company from time to time.

• GM-BP™ Private Stay N’ Drive Package

  • GM-BP™ Private Stay N’ Drive Package, all that is necessary and essential to ensure your comfortable living while away from home
  • 5-star package is inclusive of a fully furnished personalized service apartment & an exclusive chauffeur driven executive limousine service for return airport transfer.

• Reservations, confirmations & enquiries

  • Package Reservations, confirmations & enquires can be made through GM-BP™ Customer Care Line : 1-300-88-3228 or www.gm-bp.com
  • To confirm your booking for a GM-BP™ Private Stay N’ Drive package, payment must be made to the stipulated account with proof of payment within the time given or the booking is automatically cancelled. Confirmation of your booking can also be made by secure online credit card payment or PayPal in US dollars (US$) . For walk-in guests, payment by valid credit card and/or cash upon check-in.
  • All bookings are subject to availability. Once made, all payments for bookings are non-refundable.

• GM-BP™ Private Stay N’ Drive Package Deatils

  • Package rates quoted are per fully furnished personalized service apartment per night inclusive of an exclusive chauffeur driven executive limousine service for return airport transfer but, exclusive of 10% service charge & 5% government tax and are payable in Ringgit Malaysia.
    For your comfort, we suggest to accommodate up to 2 guests per package (maximum 4 guests).
  • Accommodation Check-In Time : 1400 hours & Check-Out Time : noon
  • Daily cleaning takes place between 1000 hours to 1400 hours. If for any reason our housekeeping personnel are unable to enter to the premises during the time stipulated, then cleaning will only take place the following day.
  • Extended chauffeur driven executive limousine service within the city is rated at RM100.00 for the first hour or part thereof and RM50.00 for the subsequent hour or part thereof for each session of service requested.
  • Toll & parking fees (if any) are not included in the extended limousine service rate.
    

• Damage

  • GM-BP™ Company reserves the right to impose charges in relation to any damage to the accommodation premises or executive limousine.

• Right to Refuse

  • GM-BP™ Company further reserves the right to refuse Private Stay N’ Drive package to any person(s) and may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances (but not limited to) where:-
    • Such action is deemed necessary for reason of safety or security; concern any unlawful activities, disturbance or which cause public nuisance which will affect the comfort of others in the building premises of accommodation.
    • Your conduct, status, age or physical condition or the physical condition of your luggage is deemed such as to, (i) require special assistance or (ii) may cause harm, discomfort or (iii) involve any hazard or risk to yourself or other person or to our properties.
    • The applicable rate or any charges payable have not been paid or you do not register as the person stated herein overleaf.

• Limitations & Data Protection

  • GM-BP™ Company will only be responsible for your paid reservation and guarantee the same on your registered date of arrival.
  • GM-BP™ Company is not in the position to guarantee your safety against accidents, acts of God, theft, or even act of negligence.
  • GM-BP™ Company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of property left or damage as a result of being in our premises during your stay. We also have no responsibility for any property left behind / damaged as a result of your stay.
    
  • The laws of Malaysia shall apply to the terms and conditions herein.
  • We will retain all personal information which you may provide. We may need to pass this information to our parties such as our licensees and it may also be required to be provided to security and/or credit checking companies, government and enforcement agencies and public authorities if so required, or as required by law.
